Target Mom: Anyone interested in improving their health, transforming their body and decreasing their stress level - all in the exhilarating outdoors. Child in stroller not required.
Workout Format: A power walk (pushing a stroller optional) with intervals of strength work, using body weight, bands and other props. Some sessions will introduce race walking, yoga, and nutrition.

What to Bring: Water for you and your child as well as a large towel for mat work. If you are bringing a child PLEASE bring a suitable stroller. Umbrella strollers are NOT allowed, as they are not stable enough for these workouts. Dress appropriate to the weather.
